New Client Process

Russell Todd limits new client engagements as part of his personal plan for retirement transition. TFM will prepare customized retirement income security plans, wealth management oversight strategies, estate planning strategies and other special reports for clients we agree to work with in the future.

Prospective clients complete a fact finder questionnaire before the initial meeting.  A Consulting Agreement is provided after the initial meeting outlining the scope of services and costs. Consulting services begin after the agreement is in place.

If the prospective client prefers not to proceed the only cost is for the initial meeting and review work undertaken.

All services are based upon our current consulting rate, with ongoing mentoring provided on a retainer-based fee schedule. Our current hourly rate is $275.00/hour + GST.

We do not accept commissions for products provided by investment management firms that may be recommended in our reports prepared for clients.
